Effective date: July 18, 2026
Information you provide
When you submit a service request, Delaney Diagnostics may receive your name, contact information, vehicle information, description of the concern, preferred timing, and any photos or video you choose to include.
How it is used
Submitted information may be used to review your request, contact you, discuss availability, evaluate an appropriate starting point, prepare or manage service records, and maintain business records related to requested or completed work.
File uploads
Photos and videos are optional. Upload only media relevant to the vehicle or requested service. Do not upload unrelated personal information, payment-card data, passwords, government identification numbers, or images of people who have not agreed to be included.
Storage and security
Service-request records are stored in the shop database, and uploaded files are stored in a private server location that is not directly browsable from the public website. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
Requests may be retained as needed to respond, document business activity, prevent abuse, and support later service records. Records may be archived or marked deleted when no longer reasonably needed. Audit records and private files may be retained under the shop retention policy before physical purge, subject to applicable business and legal requirements.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information
Please do not include payment-card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other information that is not needed to discuss automotive service.
Future system changes
The website is being developed alongside a shop-management system. This notice may be updated as service requests, customer accounts, estimates, invoices, payments, and other functions are integrated.
